Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Skoutmate iOS application, website, and related services (the Service) operated by Insyterra LLC.

Skoutmate helps you capture what someone likes and surface gift and experience ideas. You may add notes, preferences, budgets, and other inputs. The Service may surface finds from third party websites and may include subscriptions, in-app purchases, free trials, and premium or gated content.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any content you submit. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to harm others.
4. Content You Provide
The Service may allow you to submit content such as notes, preferences, saved items, and other inputs. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

6. In-App Purchases and Apple Disclaimer
Payments made through the iOS application are processed by Apple Inc. and are governed by Apples in-app purchase terms. Insyterra LLC is solely responsible for the Service and its content. Apple is not a sponsor of the Service and is not responsible for any claims related to the Service.
7. No Warranties and Third Party Content
The Service provides informational suggestions intended to help you make better gifting choices. Finds may include links to third party websites. We do not control third party content, pricing, availability, shipping, or changes to external pages. You are responsible for verifying details before purchasing or booking. The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insyterra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
